Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Bentonest will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions.

If the return is requested because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
